Rest easy, we offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit.

All other returns for refund will be charged an 8% handling fee on the returned product.

Please place your exchange or refund within 30 days from the date your order is placed at OluKai.co.uk. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer four options for returns and exchanges.

• Exchange for another color and/or size
• Exchange for a new style
• Return for a refund back to the original payment method.

We will begin processing your new order or refund as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.

For any order totaling over $700, returns will need to be processed by contacting our Aloha Experience Team. Thank you for helping us prevent fraud.
